| Applications: The machine is used mainly for mixing purpose in factories in factories of rubber and plastic industries. Features: 1.Inner wall of U-Otpe mixing compartment ,surface of upper press stopper are all sprayed with wear-resisting alloy. 2.Cooling water or steam is passed through inner chamber of rotor ,mixing compartment or floating weight. 3.Mixing compartment can be turned over by 1350 around the center of long rotor to facilitate discharge and cleaning. 4.Relief valves are provided at the inlets of mixed-compound extruding cylinder ,dust proofing cylinder and etc .to stabilize working pressure. 5Performance of all sealing devices are reliable without application of lubricant 6.It is easy to change the kind of mixing stock. |
